Connecting Interior Door LED to battery. The light stays on when running but when shut off I want to sync it with dome lights (modern Toyota)

I want to connect my LED strip to my door handle and foot wells. I need it to be on at all times when the engine is running. However when turned off like when ignition is turned off or when you unlock the car, i want it to sync with the dome lights.

What is the possible solution to this problem?
