Service Vehicle Soon
Informational — For your awareness
What It Means
The vehicle's onboard maintenance minder has determined that scheduled maintenance is due — oil change, tire rotation, inspection, etc. This is different from a check engine light and is NOT indicating a fault. It's based on mileage and/or time since the last service.
Common Causes
- Scheduled oil change interval reached
- Scheduled maintenance interval reached
- Tire rotation due
- Brake fluid change interval reached
- Cabin air filter change due
- Vehicle inspection due (state requirement)
Can I Still Drive?
Yes — this is a maintenance reminder, not a fault. Schedule your service appointment. Most vehicles require a specific procedure to reset the light after service (e.g., hold trip odometer button while turning ignition on).
