Hello,
I bought this Dodge for my wife and kids at 95K with a misfire. I figured could easily be 100k maint. Creeping up and causing issues. Performed a tune up (plugs, coils and injectors) replaced battery, alternator and starter… still a misfire on Cyl #5.
After running through Live Data on the tool, i can see injectors are pulsing but still no fuego. Because of the teardown process i cant quite get to the injectors fast enough to see if any fuel is sitting into the cylinder. I kind of have to trust my tool. Swapped 3 and 5 plug and coil, still misfiring on 5. Plugs are still good on inspection.
So here we are, dead cylinder, all new parts and a out 8k down the drain. Im out of ideas and im starting to think this may be a wiring harness. Any other ideas?
