Cracked heads?

I was checking to see why my valve cover gasket kept leaking after hard driving, I recently had them off because i had done some work to the car. The gasket isn’t more than a year old and is still pretty rubbery ig. But when i was checking to see if the gasket was fully seated into the valve cover i noticed what looks to be cracks in the cylinder head. Should i be worried?
