Crown vic revving help?

Crown vic 2009.

We got this.. K and N air intake...
I'm worried it caused me a problem.

It started randomly reving .. like has a weird vacuum leak almost.. I put the original back on and the same problem.
found that if I spray throttle bottle cleaner in the air intake it kills the engine.
I tried switching the mass airflow sensor..

Anyone know where to go next?.
