My engine wont start Renault twingo. Accu problem?

Hello, my engine of my Renault Twingo from 2012 wont start. It has 180.000km on it. I was afraid my timing belt broke (last time was replaced at 40.000km). I called 2 local garages there all busy but they advised to check the oil, wich was oke and someone advised to charge the accu. They couldn't see my video i made thats why im posting here. Do you guys think its my accu? I cant charge it till Friday so im just insecure about it.
