High milage Volvo, should I buy it?

I am in a tricky position as my recent car blew it's head gasket and I need a reliable car asap for work.
This one popped up in my price range but it is high milage. However it's been perfectly looked after and only one owner(Check out the description in the pic).
Not sure what to do.
