Audible creaking from front left

Hi all,
I recently noticed this quite audible squeaking sound which seems to be coming from the front left. I can’t hear it with the windows closed, nor feel anything strange when driving. It doesn’t seem to change if I turn or drive straight. Any ideas what might cause this noise?
